WEATHER BLOG: Clam Weather

Hi Everyone,

Are ya ready for five days of clam weather? I sure as heck am. Simply put we are now in a "zonal flow." Our weather moves from West to East. straight across the country. Polar air is held at bay to our North, and some wet weather, a zesty Low, is being held well down to our South. Sweet!

Temps will be right at normal, 41 degrees, for three of the five days. The weekend will be the temp roller coaster. Saturday will be in the mid 30's, but Sunday will be near 50. But no snow, sleet, or freezing rain! SWEET!

By the end of the forecast period we will be 1/3 of the way through Winter. Granted there is a lot of the season ahead, but there is a whole lot of Winter now in our rear view mirror.
