Police: 2 Arrested After Weis Robbery In Woodstock

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Two people have been arrested after police say they robbed a Weis grocery store in Woodstock early Wednesday morning, but two others are believed to be at large.

It happened shortly before 6:30 a.m.

Four suspects entered the store, approached employees and demanded cash. Two were armed.

Police located the suspect vehicle, a gray Nissan Altima, and pursued it into Baltimore County. Two of the suspects were arrested by Baltimore County officers at Bloomsbury and Montemar Avenues in Catonsville.

Howard County police have since taken them into custody. The two at large suspects are not believed to still be in the area.

Police are looking into the possibility the suspects may be connected to a similar incident at the same grocery store on Dec. 18.

This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
