Nelson Cruz Named 2014 Most Valuable Oriole

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Nelson Cruz has won the 2014 Louis M. Hatter Most Valuable Oriole Award. He will be honored in an on-field ceremony Sunday.

Cruz leads with 39 home runs and has surpassed the 100-RBI mark.

The award is named in honor of Lou Hatter, who was a sportswriter for the Baltimore Sun.
