Md. Officials Search For Man In Bathroom Pics Case

BERLIN, Md. (AP) -- The Maryland State Police is investigating after a woman using a bathroom at a Wal-Mart in Maryland reported a man used a cell phone to take photographs or video of her as she was using the bathroom.

The Daily Times of Salisbury reports it happened at about 9:30 a.m. Thursday at a Wal-Mart in Berlin. Police say the woman saw a cell phone appear under the stall she was using and confronted the suspect who fled.

Officials say the suspect is a white male between the ages of 35 and 40. He is between 6 feet and 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 275 to 300 pounds. He had a gray goatee and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, dark jogging pants and a black knit cap.
