Man Shot In the Neck In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A man is expected survive after he was shot in the neck earlier Sunday morning in Baltimore.

It happened around 1:15 a.m. in the 2900 block of Echodale Ave.

Baltimore Police say a 27-year-old man was standing on the block when a shooter drove up, made a statement about money and then shot the man.

The victim was transported to the hospital where police say he's expected to survive.
