Man Arrested, Charged In Deadly Dundalk Shooting

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A 23-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a deadly Sunday morning shooting in Dundalk.

Just before 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning, police responded to the Unit block of Center Place for a shooting.

When officers arrived on the scene, they found 20-year-old Tavon Guy suffering from at least one gunshot wound to the upper body. He was transported to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, where he died.

Anthony Fortune, of the 7500 block of Lange Street, faces a first-degree murder charge in Guy's death and is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

The incident remains under investigation by the Baltimore County Police Homicide Unit.
