Hazmat Situation Shuts Down Baltimore Neighborhood

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A hazmat situation shut down a south Baltimore neighborhood.

WJZ was there as police and fire crews evacuated East Jack Street during their investigation.

Police were looking into another incident when substances were discovered inside a home.

Hazmat crews are running tests to find out what it is.

Four nearby apartments are still blocked off.

No arrests have been made.
