Guns And Drugs Seized In Southwest Baltimore Raid

BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- Investigators seized three guns and a variety of drugs during the raid of a Southwest Baltimore home Wednesday that led to one arrest, according to police.

Acting on a tip that someone was using a house in the 100 block of South Culver Street to store and sell narcotics, police executed a search and seizure warrant.

Inside the home, police found a loaded .40 caliber handgun, a loaded 9mm handgun, a loaded rifle with two banana-clip magazines along with significant quantities of what they believe to be cocaine, heroin and marijuana.

Police confiscated the guns and drugs and arrested Nelson Brown, who's charged with a list of gun and drug violations.

Brown, 37, who's banned from having firearms, remains in custody on $750,000 bail.
