Diamond Nuts Recalled Due to Potential Salmonella Contamination

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Giant Food says they are pulling Diamond Nuts from their shelves due to a potential Salmonella contamination.

The recall is for:

  • Diamond Macadamia Halves & Pieces, 2.25 oz, UPC 7045074391 with lot numbers 16137D331S and 16159D331S and Best Before Dates of 16 NOV 2017 and 07 DEC 2017
  • Diamond Chopped Macadamia Nuts, 2.25 oz, UPC 7045074391 with lot numbers 16137D331S and 16159D331S and Best Before Dates of 16 NOV 2017 and 07 DEC 2017

Giant says there have been no reports of illnesses to date.

Customers who have purchased this product should discard any unused portions and bring their purchase receipt to Giant for a full refund.
