1 Injured In Baltimore Police-Involved Shooting

BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore Police are currently investigating a police-involved shooting that left one man injured on Saturday evening.

Shots rang out in the 2700 block of Baker Street.

Police say they were attempting to make a traffic stop for a traffic violation when one of the occupants jumped out of the car.

According to police, when officers chased the suspect, they produced a weapon which caused an officer to fire his gun.

The suspect was transported to an area hospital where he is listed in stable condition.

Police say they are searching for the vehicle involved and two additional occupants. The vehicle is described as a 2009 black Honda license number: 4BM7365

The officer was not injured in the incident.
