Young girl makes tearful plea at Charlotte city council meeting
After days of protests following the deadly police shooting of Keith Lamont Scott, a black man, Zianna Oliphant made an emotional plea to Charlotte city council Monday night: "It's a shame that our fathers and mothers are killed, and we can't even see them anymore. It's a shame we have to go to their graveyard."
