W. Va. declares water safe for some, residents still skeptical
Authorities in W. Va. have declared water safe to drink for some of the 300,000 residents with tainted tap water, but not all. The crisis was by a chemical spill at a storage facility that had not been inspected in more than 20 years. Chip Reid spoke with one resident who can still smell chemicals in his tap water.
