VA secretary resists calls to resign amid reports of hospital deaths
The Phoenix Veterans Affairs hospital, along with five other hospitals, is accused of mismanagement and preventable deaths. While the commander of the American Legion has called for Secretary Eric Shinseki to resign, the secretary says he will not step down but will work to repair what has gone wrong.
