Upcoming arctic blast to break record lows
After a powerful shot of arctic air sends temperatures below zero across many parts of the Northeast, another cold snap may break record lows from the Midwest to the East Coast. Meteorologist Steve Baskerville of CBS station WBBM in Chicago reports.
