Uninsured have mixed feelings about Obamacare
According to a new CBS News/New York Times poll, only 16 percent of Americans said the Affordable Care Act would help them. An independent filmmaker in Los Angeles says he considers himself an Obamacare success story, but a freelance writer in New Jersey says she'd rather pay a penalty than sign up for coverage.
