Tulsa reserve deputy charged in fatal shooting
A white Tulsa reserve deputy has been charged with manslaughter in the shooting of an unarmed black man. In the moments before the shooting, local law enforcement officials say they were conducting a sting operation buying a gun from a convicted felon. Elaine Quijano reports.
