Texas AG eyes Supreme Court
In an exclusive interview with CBS News' Kate Smith, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said he expects the state's temporary ban on abortion amid the coronavirus outbreak to head to the Supreme Court. For more than two weeks, abortion services have been suspended in the state.
