Target scrambles to limit financial impact of credit card hacking
Target stores offered customers a 10 percent discount in effort to temper some of the backlash caused by the massive data breach that resulted in 40 million customers having their credit card information stolen. Meanwhile, Chase Bank informed about 2 million affected customers it would temporarily limit ATM withdrawals. Terrell Brown reports.
