State Dept: Syrian pres on Instagram is "repulsive"
In the midst of a civil war, the president of Syria signed up for Instagram and President Bashar al-Assad has posted over 70 photos already. They show him and his wife surrounded by supporters, and comforting the wounded. The U.S. State Department calls the site "repulsive." Assad is also on Facebook and Twitter.
