Slow start for U.S. military Ebola response
President Obama's planned military mission to provide support in fighting the Ebola outbreak in Africa is taking time to ramp up. Construction has begun on two of 17 planned treatment centers; but completion is not expected until the end of October. Dr. Jon LaPook reports.
