Severe storms and floodwaters battering the Midwest
As floodwaters and landslides continue to pound the Midwest, Minnesota is expected to ask for federal aid. The Army Corp of engineers has opened locks on the Mississippi River to reduce the risk of flooding. Jamie Yuccas reports.
