Serial arsonist on the loose in San Jose
The hunt for a serial arsonist in San Jose, Calif. has intensified after about a dozen fires have been reported in the city's downtown area over the course of a few days. The San Jose fire department is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the arsonist. Don Knapp from KPIX-TV reports.
