Secret memo approving drone strike on American released
A federal appeals court made public a Justice Department memo that provided the legal justification for the 2011 drone killing of an American cleric in Yemen. Anwar al-Awlaki, a U.S. born Islamic cleric, was aligned with al Qaeda; and his teachings inspired the Fort Hood gunman and others. Bob Orr reports.
