Rice unable to break Afghan security agreement logjam
Efforts by National Security Adviser Susan Rice to persuade Afghan President Hamid Karzai to sign a new security agreement ended in frustration. The Obama administration warned that if a new agreement is not reached, the U.S. would be forced to prepare to withdraw all troops. Major Garrett reports.
