Rice, Powell join Clinton in email scandal

An internal State Department review found Thursday that former Secretarys of State Colin Powell and Condoleezza Rice sent personal emails containing classified information while in office. Hillary Clinton has been under fire for her use of personal email. Nancy Cordes reports.
