Republicans say HealthCare.gov report shows site's flaws were no surprise
Newly released documents show that more than six months ago, a consulting firm predicted the HealthCare.gov rollout was being hurt by "evolving requirements" and "insufficient time" for testing. The White House acknowledged administration officials, including President Obama, were briefed on the report. Nancy Cordes reports.
