Putin tops Forbes' most powerful people list
Forbes has come out with its annual list of the world's most powerful people and this year President Obama is no longer at number one. Russian President Vladimir Putin holds the title for 2013. Forbes says the U.S. government shutdown affected President Obama's standing.
