President would veto House GOP budget plan
House Republicans rejected a funding bill passed by the Senate that would fund the government without making any cuts to health-care reform. They then proposed a new bill that would fund the government through mid-December but would delay Obamacare for one year. President Obama said he would veto such a plan. Jeff Pegues reports.
