President Obama issues call to wait on Syria
President Obama says he's willing to pursue a diplomatic solution to the crisis in Syria, but he will use force if necessary. Negotiations to take control of and destroy Syria's chemical weapons are underway. And for now, the president has told Congress to delay a vote that would grant him authorization to launch an attack.
