Ohio lawmakers call for first responders not to answer opioid overdose calls

The opiod crisis sweeping the country is putting a growing financial and emotional strain on many communities. Some are looking at unique solutions, including Buffalo, New York, where a court has been designed to get addicts into treatment after their arrest. But in Butler County, Ohio, the sheriff refuses to let deputies carry the opiod antidote naloxone because of safety concerns. Tony Dokoupil reports.
