Obama: U.S. must respond to suspected chemical attacks in Syria
President Obama says he has not made a final decision to launch a military strike in Syria, but it will be limited in scope if he does. But many members of Congress are urging the president to get Congress' authorization before military action in Syria. Jeff Pegues reports.
