Obama signs into law water, Congressional Gold Medal bills
The president signed a bill authorizing $12.3 billion in infrastructure and another to award the Congressional Gold Medal to the Borinqueneers, a segregated infantry unit comprised of primarily Puerto Rican soldiers who served in WWI, WWII, and the Korean War.
