Obama delivers keynote address at Civil Rights Summit

The 50th anniversary of the signing of the Civil Rights Act was commemorated at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Library, honoring the president who signed it into law. President Barack Obama delivered the keynote address and called on Americans not to take that progress for granted. Danielle Nottingham reports.
