President Obama is defending his decision to put military strikes against Syria on hold, while pursuing a diplomatic solution with Russia. But critics contend the president is handing too much power to Russian President Vladimir Putin, and some worry the tentative deal with Russia will fall apart. Norah O'Donnell reports.
