Obama celebrates health care enrollment, but questions remain
The White House announced that after a surge of last-minute signups across the country, despite technical difficulties, more than seven million people signed up for health insurance. But it's unclear how many young, healthy Americans signed up, how many enrollees did not have insurance before and how many paid for a policy. Major Garrett reports.
