Obama and Putin to discuss Syria, ISIS in meeting at U.N.
President Obama will address the United Nations General Assembly in New York City. Obama's speech is expected to hit on the crisis in Syria the same day he's scheduled to talk with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting comes amid Russia's growing presence in the war-torn country. Margaret Brennan reports.
