NSA phone data collection suspended

The U.S. Senate failed to reauthorize provisions of the U.S. Patriot Act that allow for the bulk collection of U.S. phone records. While some members of Congress see the collection as a necessary tool to fight terrorism, others call it an invasion of privacy. Nancy Cordes reports.
