New owners of million-dollar home spooked by "watcher"
After paying $1.3 million, the owners of a six-bedroom home in Union County, N.J., have been stalked by a person called "the watcher" who has left dozens of creepy letters. They're suing the seller charging the owner knew of the problem while selling.
