Missouri homes in danger as rising rivers spill over levees
Mandatory evacuations are in place in parts of the Midwest as the area braces for potentially historic flooding. The water is blamed for at least 20 deaths in Missouri and Illinois. Rivers are expected to crest at record levels and threaten to breach nearly a dozen levees. Anna Werner reports from Arnold, Missouri.
