Minn. Powerball jackpot winner: "I've been waiting for this day my entire life"
Avid lottery player, Paul White, a 45-year-old divorced father of two teenagers, claims his share of the $448 million Powerball jackpot. CBS Minnesota station WCCO's Rachel Slavik reports it's a dream come true for the winner who used to joke that the lottery was his retirement plan.
