Michigan gov.: Lack of common sense caused Flint water woes
In an interview with Scott Pelley for the "CBS Evening News," Michigan Governor Rick Snyder says he takes responsibility for the Flint contaminated water crisis. Snyder says there were not enough rules in place at the Department of Environmental Quality to prevent the situation.
