Medical group says most women can skip pelvic exams

A major physicians' group is recommending against routine pelvic exams for women who don't have gynecologic symptoms, and it could shake up decades of common medical practice. Gynecologist Dr. Taraneh Shirazian of Mount Sinai Hospital's Icahn School of Medicine joins the "CBS This Morning" co-hosts to explain the new guidelines.
