McConnell: Voting Rights Act passed when "we had a very different America"

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said the Voting Rights Act that was partially struck down by the Supreme Court on Tuesday was "an important bill that passed in the sixties when we had a very different America than we do today."
