Martha Stewart's company back in NYC courtroom
Lawyers for J.C. Penney, Macy's and Martha Stewart's company are back in court in the long-standing dispute about whether Martha Stewart Living violated its contract with Macy's when it started doing business with J.C. Penney. Also, home sales were up 8 percent in August after falling 14 percent in July. Alexis Christoforous reports.
