Jordan "ready" to free suicide bomber in ISIS swap

The government of Jordan says it will release a failed female suicide bomber in exchange for a Jordanian pilot. It comes after ISIS set a 24-hour deadline for killing a second Japanese hostage if the extremist group's demands aren't met. Holly Williams reports from Erbil, Iraq.
