Is there a diplomatic way out of U.S. strike on Syria?
President Obama takes his case to the American people tonight in his push for military action against Syria. But now, a plan for a U.S. airstrike could be averted. Mr. Obama has tentatively backed a plan that would require Syria to surrender its chemical weapons stockpile. Margaret Brennan reports.
