Investors feeling effects of shutdown
Now that the government has reopened, investors are digesting economic reports that were delayed, and the Bureau of Labor Statistics has said that the shutdown could distort readings on wholesale and consumer inflation for a number of months to come. CBS News' Jill Schlesinger reports.
