Illinois town devastated by tornado
Much of the town of Washington, Ill., 11 miles east of Peoria, was reduced to rubble after a late-morning tornado tore through the area. Police are urging residents to conserve water and the National Guard has been mobilized to help with search and rescue operations. Alexandra Sutter reports.
