Ice storm power outage a matter of life and death for some
A day after a powerful ice storm brought down trees and power lines across Georgia and the Carolinas, many remain without power. One woman who was living off a ventilator narrowly survived after her power went out and none of her relatives could reach her due to the snow and ice. Mark Strassmann reports.
