How to make the most of your frequent flyer programs
Nearly 60 percent of Americans with frequent flyer miles admit they don't know how airline reward programs work. There are at least 17.5 trillion unused miles worldwide, enough to fly around the globe more than 116 million times. America Airlines is the latest carrier that is changing how flyers earn and redeem points. CBS News travel editor Peter Greenberg joins "CBS This Morning" to explain who benefits and who loses.
